NorCal Baseball Academy is about the total development of the player. We select players by invitation only. Our coaches have played at a minimum collegiate level baseball. They have proven to be great leaders/mentors and have a passion for the game of baseball. Our goal is to help players reach their fullest potential, both on and off the field. On the field we compete at the highest levels in the area. We teach confidence, a winning attitude, process, managing failure, professionalism, strategy, preparation, energy, and being a great teammate. Off the field we emphasize academics, leadership, communication skills, accountability, character, honesty, community service, military appreciation, entrepreneurship and work ethic. We accomplish all of this with outstanding leadership from our coaches and mentors, as well as a vast network of successful people.

The ultimate goal is to give local kids these core values that helps them to succeed in college and life!
